Education
How to Qualify
Applicant shall have teaching experience instructing in a healthcare-related field for at least 2 years within the past 5 years.
AND shall have either:
- Graduated from an accredited allied healthcare program or course of study in the physical, biological, or health sciences
OR
- Hold an active professional certification in his or her field of instruction from a nationally recognized certification organization.
Instruction in healthcare-related fields
Required Documentation
Three letters of recommendation verifying at least 2 years of teaching experience in a healthcare-related field within the past 5 years.
- Letter of recommendation must be on company letterhead, signed/dated, and provide the start and end dates of your teaching experience.
- Teaching experience must be in an educational classroom setting such as a University, Career College, or Technology School.
- Letter of recommendation must be written from a Dean, Program Director, Fellow Instructor or equivalent.
If Graduated from an Accredited Program:
- Copies of your transcripts showing educational attainment and/or proof of highest degree earned in a healthcare-related field.
If Holding a Professional Certification:
- Proof of active and current certification in the field of instruction from the issuing agency.
